In partnership with Mat & Chat Yoga, these experiences blend gentle yoga, creativity and mindfulness into one meaningful event. Together, we offer adult-focused Creative Wellness Experiences at venues such as Old Market Pub, along with family-friendly experiences at The Oregon Garden that combine yoga, nature and creativity for children and their families.
